Psalms 104
Hyraxes are small furry creatures, living in groups on mountain slopes. Having many natural predators and limited means of self-defense, they find refuge in crevices and under rocks. The hyrax shares its habitat with the ibex (pictured above), an agile, graceful mountain climber known for its ability to leap over steep, difficult terrain. Unlike the hyrax, the ibex has ample means of defense; its speed and its horns enable it to range confidently out in the open throughout its rugged mountainous surroundings. Despite the very different nature of these animals, the Creator has enabled both hyrax and ibex to find their place in the world, peacefully inhabiting the same environment.
In Sight photographs are available for purchase as warm-tone archival prints mounted ‘floating’ over their matching quotes (Hebrew – English); framed in dark African Wenge recessed wooden frames.
